Can we import an exisitng html email template in to marketo

Hi,

We already have some velocity templates for the emails that our product sends out to customers. Now we are integrating with Marketo to send those emails.

Is there any way that I can import exisitng velocity templates (html code)  in to marketo to create an email and assign it to a campaign?

You should be able to Copy & Paste the HTML of your existing emails directly into Email Templates which live in the Design Studio tab.  Then reference these templates in the Marketing Activities section where you create a Program with Local Assets of type Email.

Note:  Make sure you encase certain areas of the email template with the mkteditable div tag. see this help article
