Can we generate a webhook via the API?

When we install our application onto our client site, we would like to generate a webhook without using the UI and further  create a campain to use the webhook.

Can any/all of this be done via the API?

Hi Jeff,

Marketo Webhooks can only be created using the API.  

I suggest that you post this feature in the Community Ideas Section (ability to create webhook via API) and include a use case(s).
