Can we automate the process of creating campaign scoring?

Can we upload score elements and the weights associated in one shot instead of manually entering. Our goal would be to tune the elements on a weekly basis - we are looking for maximum efficiency.

The program in the marketo library has pre-made campaigns and uses tokens to define the scores. This is pretty maintainable as you can easily adjust all your scores from one place. You would need to add new campaigns if you want to start scoring a new behaviour or attribute though. 

What type of tuning do you have in mind? 

If you are thinking of literally uploading your own smart campaigns fully formed from a CSV or something like that, I have never heard of that type of functionality.
