Can the link color of a tokened item be changed from the default blue link color?

Hi,

I have a tokened email address that I'd like to be colored white as it's on a dark gray background. Because the email address is tokened I'm unable to hardcode the color change into the html. I've tried to add an a href style in the head to change the color to white but it hasn't worked. Is there anyway to control the color of a tokened link?
