Can tags be used in RCA reports?

We are preparing to setup tags in order to report on different messaging and products. Does anyone know if tags can be used in RCA reports?

Yes, program tags can absolutely be brought in to use in RCA - we have a matrix setup like you describe and the tags can act as filters for how you show the data or what is even included in a specific report.

In particular, I would like to be able to use the program opportunity analysis report to identify which programs based on different messages and products are generating the most ROI.

Yes, program tags can absolutely be brought in to use in RCA - we have a matrix setup like you describe and the tags can act as filters for how you show the data or what is even included in a specific report.
