can't upload csv lead file into marketo - not taking first & last name

I'm trying to upload a csv file into members of a program. it keeps saying that first name and last name are blocked. I've uploaded lists many times to this program before so no idea why it is doing this. I've closed out, restarted, renamed and resaved the csv file. i renamed the columns on the csv, nothing. help! Thanks!

Hi Laura:

The message "Blocked (Field Management)" indicates that these fields have been blocked from being overwritten.

Go to Admin - Field Management and locate those fields. Check what their properties say about blocking.

The question is whether you'd ever want to overwrite these fields with data from imported files. Marketo should accept the import, but not update these fields on exisiting records, while importing First and Last Name for new records.

You should discuss this with your Marketo Admin or team before turning off Field Blocking on any field.
