Can't test an email

Having an issue testing an email.  When I use the send sample function I do not recieve the email.  So I created a smart campaign to send me the email to my work and gmail addresses.  In both cases marketo is reporting soft bounces.  

Is there something I swhould know about sending emails?  Seems strange that I consistantly get soft bounces to both addresses.

Double check your 2 records for the email bounce reasons, see if there is a clue in there.
Also check if your DKIM and SPF is set up correctly as Gmail may not see that its not up and running.

Lastly if all else above is failed, get Marketo Support on the case.

Thanks Edward.  The problem was one of the tokens I was using was incorrect.
