Can't see the option for Segmentation

Would there be a reason I can't seem to see the option to create a new Segmentation in the Lead Database? Is it a feature you need to activate or should it be in the program automatically?

Check the edition - if it is Spark you might not have access to it.

  • you may not have access to it. Check your user permissions.
  • you may be at the max of 20 segmentations.
Once it is created, your segmentation will appear as a filter in the smart lists.

I have Full Access to Marketo, and there is 0 segmentations set up in the Lead Databases. Should I open a ticket?
