Can't edit customized responsive (guided) landing page

We created a custom made HTML and asked our developer to make it as HTML.

We used this Marketo explanation for the page creation. I pasted the HTML into a template and created a landing page. The page can be seemed ok online (here is the page), however isn't editable as a template.

Can somebody help please?

I'd go through the code with your designer to determine where you missed something. Perhaps the Template wasn't set as Guided?
