Can-Spam in email

Hi all,

I have a requirement for develop a email template, and can-spam as well.

but now the email template already there, but what's the can-spam?

by search from net, per my understanding, it's the function that provide for recipients that opt-out or unsubscribe from our emails. is that correct?

If so, can i add it to template?

Hi Rose,

Can-Spam are the anti-spam laws in Canada. There are two things you will need to add to your template - unsubscribe link and also your physical mailing address needs to be present. This is added by default under "Admin->Email->Unsubscribe footer".

Hi Rose,

Yes you should add it to your template.
It is mandatory to add Unsuscribe link in you email as you should give the choice to the recipients if they are not intrested in any emails further.
