Can someone help with setting up flow from Marketo to SFDC?

We are experiencing problems in setting up flow from Marketo to SFDC. Does anyone have any SOPs for this?

Hi Susan,

This is a big thing to do.

First, how do you want to move leads over to SFDC? 

I prefer to keep all leads synced and to hold back from lead assignment any non MQLs. But it's up to your workflow.

I prefer Josh's suggestion above too.  But for some campaigns unfortunately, when I'm asked to sync all regardless of MQL status, I have to do :(
