Can segments be defined using Webpage visits?

It appears that only lead attributes can be used for segmentation? Is there a way to use activity (email clicks, website visits, etc) to create segments or lists to be used for dynamic content?

Many thanks!

Hi Anthony, it's a little bit more work, but I create smart campaigns based on activities that add people to a list. Member of List is a criteria for segmentation. I also have smart campaigns that will remove them from the list after x amount of time, or if they do something else, so that the segmentations can remain dynamic even though lists are static.
