Can one website can hold 2 diff org's Munchkin code?

Hi

We have 2 marketo production instances which are completely different. One website is having munchkin codes from these 2 orgs but web page activity report is not pulling results in one of the orgs.
Can one website have 2 diff org's munchkin code? If not how to resolve this issue as we need to track the visitors in both the orgs which are completely different.
