Can not delete an email

I've been trying to delete a version of an email in a program that I set up. I have tried deleting it, unapproving, but I keep getting the same error message, "Email is in use and cannot be unapproved". There is no one on my team using this email, why can't I delete this? HELP!

Hi Niki - 

Usually when I run into that, I find that the email is associated with some action, like being part of a Smart Campaign. If you click on the email you can see what it's used by, then go remove it from whatever flow action is tied to it.

"in Use" means by a Smart Campaign, not another user. If you click on the email you'll see the Summary tab. It will show you at the bottom, what the email is "Used by"
