Can Marketo track replies to emails?

Our engagement programs appear to be sent from our sales teams and we'd like to track how many replies that they receive and include these numbers in my statistics. Is this something that Marketo can do?

Marketo cannot do this automatically. You could add a Status and then update people who reply, but this would be manual.
