Can landing pages start with www?

The way our company is set up, internally links on our website without www. prefix do not work. Does anyone know if you can add the www. to all landing pages so my employees can see the pages for their campaigns?

Hey Tom,

I just tried this myself and seems to work just fine.

Admin -> Integration -> Landing Pages -> Edit Settings -> Add "www." in front of your Domain Name for Landing Pages

Let me know how it goes!

Thats strange, I got a message "Safari can't find the server" which is just like what I get without the "www." but now I also get that message outside the office, where as when I change it back to no "www." it works outside the office. I might have to check with my IT department about the issue. Thanks for your help!

Hey Tom,

I would definitely consult with your IT dept and Marketo on this. There is probably more going on here than I am aware of. Hope you get it resolved!
