Can i use a salesforce campaign token in a trigger campaign smart list?

Trying to set up cloneable, easy to use campaigns for regional sales events. Can i use a token for a salesforce campaign in trigger campaign smart list? I want to send an email when i salesforce campaign status is changed. As this template campaign will be cloned frequently, I just want to change the associated Salesforce campaign in the program level, not in individual components of the marketo program.
