Can I still see how many people have downloaded a document hosted in Marketo last year?

Hey there,

I just read that marketo archives the activity log after 90 days. Does it mean that I won't be able to pull a list of leads that have downloaded (click link) a document last year? If so, is there any way to work around this? I was trying to report on the number of downloads that we had last year on our website, but with this restriction I won't be able to do that.

Please advise.

Hi Jorge,

This type of activity is indeed archived after 90 days. I don't think there is any way past that.

We're there any other activities that ran parallel with the "click link" activity? Maybe a change in a progression status or filled out form?
