Can I stage a large send?

My audience for a new sales rep announcement is ~1500 people.  Is there an easy way I can have the email send to only 200 at a time?

Hi Allysson,

This is what you have to do:

In your smart campaign, go to smart list. Choose the "Random Sample" filter.

Choose 15 in the precentage place.

This will sent the email to 15% of your 1500 people list.

    So my next question…..

    To set up sends to the balance of the people (total of 6 more sends), do I set up filters or flows within the same smart campaign? Or do I need to set up a new campaign for the remaining contacts?

    As for your next question:

    AS long as you're using the same flow step, you can add as many needed steps, for example:

    If random sample is 25% send email 1.

    If random sample is 25% send email 2.

    If random sample is 25% send email 3.

    If random sample is 25% send email 4.

    Make sure to use the same step, or else you might find yourself sending more than one email per person.
