Can I put form-specific Javascript in Landing Page templates?

Will this cause any issues? What if there is no form on the page?

Just trying to brainstorm some quicker and easier ways to be able to mass-update landing pages when we change a javascript-based rule.

It depends on how you write your Javascript, but that would likely work. I've done similar things to mass update error messages.
