Can I make a field appear under my progressive fields on a form?

Hi everyone! I have my new form set up with our normal progressive profiling, however for 1 of the fields that we want to appear every time, we want it to appear under the progressive questions, right before my submit button. Is this possible? (Even if it has to be done with scripting on the form.) It would just be a better user experience for us to have the 3 demographic questions before this last one that is always required when filling it out. Thanks!
