Can I customize the Marketo Check in app

Hello Everyone

I had a query- I want to use the Marketo Event Check in app for trade-shows at my company but it will make sense to use it if I can add a field "notes" which allows the rep to take notes against the attendee being checked in.

Any suggestions as to how to do it?

You can't add or delete any fields from the Check-In App. If you need a custom form you'll have to host it on a landing page and display that on the tablet rather than use the app.

Hi @lopamudra Chakraborty​ , you cannot edit the Marketo check-in app ( no fields can be added or deleted). Also, make sure, if you are using the check in app, you click on the sync button every time for the data to be updated in Marketo or you can use it offline and sync the data at once.
