Can I create a webhook to add new leads to Marketo?

We have a separate website that we offer a demo of our product. We want to add these new leads to Marketo. What is the best and easy way to do this? Can I use the webhooks feature to acquire this information? If yes, does anyone have a step by step process? The Marketo doc on this isn't very clear. Thank you

In addition to Justin's links, the flat answer to "Can I use the [Marketo] webhooks feature" is No.

Marketo webhooks are the outbound Marketo API. They fire only in the context of existing leads, to enrich lead data in Marketo and/or relay data (via tokens) to an external service.

While you can, if you have an existing lead, call a webhook for that lead that creates another lead, this is a fringe need.
