Can I adapt/add the program status of email programs?

Hi, I used the Email program to do some A/B testing, but the program status are quite limited with "Engaged" and "Member". I would quite like to change the "Engaged" to "Opened" and add a "Clicked" to get more indepth knowledge of lead activities for our Sales team.

Yes, you should be able to do the same thing for Email programs:

Hi Anissa, you can add to or change the Channel Statuses in Admin, and then have smart campaigns that will change their program status based on their activity.

Yes, that's the case with the email channels we set up, but I'm talking about the Marketo Program Type for emails?
