Can anyone help fix trigger campaign against an A/B test program

Hello Community,

I set up a smart list exactly how this article says to:

How to trigger Links Click/Open Email in AB Test Program?

But no results. And I know there were clicks on the link in the emails because when I run a batch campaign for clicks on the emails sent I have results.

Support doesn't seem to be understanding my problem so hoping someone out there can tell me if the article was old or there is a different way to or what??

Hi Trish,

Try updating trigger with Email "contains". With each of the A/B test email name gets updated with "Program Name.Email Asset Name.Subject Line Test/ From Name test etc..
