We are considering moving to more than one RCA model for various reasons. I would hope to prevent this, but can a lead exist in more than one model at a time? If so, how would you be able to identify that it happened?

Also, any resources anyone could share on setting up multiple RCA models would be wonderful. I can find very little written on the subject.

If your Marketo instance allows for multiple revenue cycle models, you can have leads in more than one model.  This may be advantagious if you have different products/services with different revenue cycles.

You can control which leads are in which model using the Change Revenue Stage flow action and the assignment rules for each model.
