Can a landing page time out and re-direct to a new defined url?

For example, a thank you page after a form submission - can that time out and re-direct back to home?

Not that I'm aware of at this time.  However, I'm sure you can create custom JavaScript to accomplish this for you.  I'd recommend getting in touch with your web developer for assistance on that custom code.
