Campaign Suddenly allowing Backwards Progression Movement

We have a basic email campaign with SENT>OPENED>CLICK progression statuses (and some others), but what I've noticed is the campaign's status campaigns are somehow allowing leads go from CLICK back to OPENED. This has never been allowed by Marketo in the past, especially when CLICK is after opened in the sequence of progression statuses. 

Anyone else experiencing this? I know it can be remedied with some more advanced filters but god I don't want to have to go through all that

sounds like there's some sort of error that has nothing to do with your setup... I'd call support.

have any of these members been removed from the program before?

I just discovered the same thing as well. 

Naor - did you determine if it was a bug?

It must have been because we've never experienced it since. I ensure, however, that progression status campaigns are always set to "ALLOW LEAD TO GO THROUGH ONE TIME". Just in case.
