Campaign queue or Marketing activity queue

Due to batch campaign lot of leads are in a queue and that is stopping any trigger campaign to run!
I have 2 questions:
1. Can I pull out leads from the queue using remove from flow ?
2. Is there any way I can prioritize the queue?

Your batch campaign queue and your trigger campaign queue are independent of each other so the batch campaign queue should not be holding up your triggered campaigns.

To follow up on the same, how do I remove the leads form a trigger campaign that are in queue?
Would remove from flow work?

Leads that are in a flow can be removed from the flow using the "Remove from Flow" flow action.

Just to clarify, leads in queue(that show up in campaign queue) means leads in flow?
