Campaign info constraints in "member of smart campaign" filters

We would need sometime to find all lead that members of any of multiple campaign with specific constraints. Typically:

• Any lead that belongs to a "fills out form" active triggered campaign
• Any lead that belongs to a batch campaign for the second time

And yet, the "member of smart campaign" filter has no constraint.

So we would need a few constraints to be made available

• is the campaign a trigger or a batch
• is a campaign activated (for triggers)
• Min Number of times a lead has been a member of a smart campaign
• Date at which the lead was added to the SC

In conjunction with this idea:   and this one: ​ and ​,  it would enable very flexible possibilities.
