Until Marketo releases its calendar feature, I need to communicate our marketing calendar out to the field.
I was toying with the idea of an inline visual force page from SFDC.  Any other suggestions?  I'd like a referenceable spot than an email.  Any help is appreciated.

There are some pretty slick SFDC apps in the AppExchange. We are currently evaluating a free option

I've used Calendar Anything before in SFDC, worked well.

Why not create a new calendar in Outlook or Gcalendar and then share that with your team?

Another option, especially since you're not looking for a permanent solution is monthly emails with the calendar of events.

Are you looking for integration with your SFDC campaigns? Then just like Ryan suggested, try an app. Here's a good one from a very friendly/helpful company:
