Calendar file not working

I created a calendar file for our webinar event program with the webinar URL. But my bad luck, it is not working. I may be missed something but not sure. Could anyone help me out.

First of all, i could not get the webinar token from Marketo My Token tab, so i manually entered the syntax of webinar URL, webinar Date and webinar Time. I'm sure i did some mistakes here only.

{{my. Event Date:default=edit me}}
{{my.Event Time}}
{{member.webinar url:default=edit me}}

Screen shots attached for your reference.

Thanks,
Prabhu.

I'm having this issue as well.

Hi Adam,

Can you describe your current issue?  The calender ICS file has been working, so a bit more detail would help.  Another suggestion would be to call into Support for help.

Thanks,
Cheryl

I am also having this problem, although my calendar file is not even bringing me to any page when it is clicked. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you!

Brittany - did you click on the calendar file through a test email?  Try sending a non-test email.  The ICS file cannot render through the send test.

Hi Calvin,

Can you describe what issue you are running into?

Thanks,
Cheryl

Our token is leading to a 404 page not found error when clicking on the link (not in a test email).  I suspect this might be because the link to open the ics file is not on our whitelist?  Not sure how much of an issue this is because the link is actually a Marketo domain, but will double check with our admin.

Other problem I'm having with the token is that when I tried to pull in local tokens for the calendar description, it was presenting options from other webinars as well.  Seeing that I clone my webinars, the tokens have the same name so I don't know which one to pick.  Shouldn't I only be able to access local tokens from the program that the .ics token is created in?

Thanks,
Lan

Any lead or program token will be available to the ICS file, and remember, tokens are only supported in the description area of the ICS file, not in the fields above it.  If you continue to run into the 404 issue, please give Marketo support a call.
