Calculate Smart List Members after a wait step

I have defined a smart list with several parameters, one of them being "Not was added to List". The idea is to check who has not subscribed for our event. Subscribers are added to a static list.

The campaign will run within 6 weeks from now based on a date token in the wait step. Reminder mails will be sent when not on the subscription list.

Question:

I think the smart list is evaluated when activating the campaign ( so today ) right?

How to force the smart list to be (re)-calculated at the time the campaign has to run ( within 6 weeks ), so after the wait step

Correct. The Smart List runs at the start of the campaign and wont run again, but you can exclude your subscribers in the flow choices instead.

Add a choice to your Send Email flow step. If Member of List (your list of subscribers) Do Nothing. Otherwise, send the reminder email.
