Bulk Index Change

We've found that all our LP's we've created going back a few years have the meta tag as "index", we're looking to do a bulk change of all LP's to "no index". Does anyone know if its possible to do a bulk upload or is this something that has to be done manually for every Landing Page?

This update (to the 'robots' property) can be bulkified + automated using the REST API, but not using the UI.

Also pretty sure somebody asked this only a few days ago, so make sure to search first.
