Bulk Activity Extract - Daily API Request Limit

Hello,

We are attempting to extract activity data in order to set up some custom Reports/Dashboards in PowerBI. How do we extract this activity data without running into the 10,000 daily API request limit? I was told that all Marketo customers would eventually be upgraded to a daily limit of 50,000. Is that still happening?

Also, how many API requests do you expect would be required to export activity data incrementally on a daily basis for a database of less than 100,000 contacts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
