Browser refresh error when reporting

Hi Marketo,
I'm trying to drag in a 'campaigns' filter for my report but getting the following message;

error loading tree
the tree did not load correctly
refresh your browser
-----


i've refreshed the browser, cleared the cache, logged out/in again and tried in 3 different browsers but have had the same message all day.

Please can this be fixed.

I have deleted the tree cache. Please clear cache and cookies before the next login.
Please raise a support case if the problem persists.
