Browser issues - Marketo not working properly in Chrome or Explorer

Over the last couple of weeks Marketo has stopped working correctly in Chrome and Explorer - requiring a session to be open in both browsers simultaneously in order to complete basic tasks such as landing page builds.

In Explorer - when you're trying to add a hyperlink to text, it gives you a hyperlink box, you insert the address, and the address simply disappears from the box.

In Chrome - the scroll bars in the design studio have become inactive, so it's impossible to navigate around the landing page we're creating

According to our support consultants, apparently these are known issues and would be affecting all users. Is this the case or are we just special....  ;-)

Hey David,

The issue with the adding a hyperlink is a known issue.  I'm not familiar with the scroll bar issue you're describing.  You may want to log a support case for that, and include your browser version and the context under which is occurs.
