Broken Links to Activity Logs?

About 24 hours ago the links in our alerts that go to a lead's activity log (the {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} token) started breaking. Every time I click on them I'm taken to a login page with an error that says "Invalid expire URL token" (http://gyazo.com/304adc7b6c7e9f79fa3ed0e7c5c5e273).

Is anyone else seeing this? I submitted a support ticket yesterday but so far haven't gotten any real response.

what is gyazo? is that your domain?

Are you logged into SFDC and Marketo properly?

What is the URL that underlies the link in the alert?

Based on Erik's suggestion at https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000PWQPAA4 perhaps try clearing your browser cookies, closing your browser, and then click on the link in the email again.

Be sure that its the same browser your email software opens.

Gyazo is a screenshot tool - I was just including the link to show what the error is that I'm getting.

Yes, I'm logged in properly.

Here's an example URL that's breaking: https://app-abc.marketo.com/access/leadDetail?leadId=1294625&tok=xVoNJZWbUlUb7xYksqjPcPyh3TbSf5yttah0CPukiI042np7YuPdLHfmjcQTUNAnduyMKAZSSdJm1QlLDsCWeY5U%2F%2BdeBEW3FjjwjeOWLYBBdaF%2F2YM7vamp3XIRuZ%2FO0FnUGUYcRWIuPlfJO%2Bxy02ixYME%2B&panel=activity

I'm using Chrome for both my email (we use Gmail) and Marketo. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies.

This is happening across my entire team, not just to me.

This is happening to us as well

Links to lead activity within alerts do expire after a defined period of time.  In Admin, click on "Login Settings > Edit URL Expiration" to change this setting:

Wondefully helpful - thank you, Dan!! Just curious, any particular reason for this? Does it tax the system to leave a bunch of populated alerts out there? Not a big deal, just curious - I've increased ours to the max. Thank you!

I suspect it's for data privacy reasons.  It would open up Marketo to some scrutiny if all of our real-time alerts contained access (without login) to customer lead records with no expiration.
