We've just implemented BrightTALK and want to customize the 'lead source' field from "Event Partner" - has anyone had experience with how to do this?

One way: you can have a triggered Smart Campaign running that "listens" for when the lead's Lead Source field changes, and then do a Change Data Value flow step to change it to whatever value you like.
