Bounces in Email Performance Analytics

Are hard bounces and soft bounces counted as "delivered" in Marketo Email Performance Analytics?

Hey Terry,

Hard bounces are definitely not. The only time Soft Bounces are included is when the email was eventually delivered after the first attempt when it soft bounced. There will be a "Email Delivered" in the Activity Log for those that are included.

If a lead just has a bounce then no they are not counted as delivered. BUT if a click or open is subsequently logged against these records then they will count in the delivered column in the Email Performance report.
