Should leads in the Bounced Email Address folder be deleted from the lead database?

I'd 100% love to get rid of these and clean up some leads. BUT I am a little delete-happy! We usually keep those just for history sake, and then eventually archive them all and delete them. This way we have all of the records and if there is a handful ppl miss, we can refer to the archives.
