Bot Activity Upgrades

i'd like to see a couple of things change here

1. Ability to toggle the 2 second rule to up to 60s. My team has found that 30s is far better at capturing 90%+ of Bot Clicks than 2s.
2. Make it clearer what happens when the Bot Log - just log the activity anyway and then you can toggle on/off at the EPR or Smart List level if you want to see the bot clicks. Update text to be clear that if you turn this on, then you need to manually add bot filters to smart lists and EPR.
