Boolean field not pre filling

Hello,

I'm sending an email to our entire database to confirm their newsletter subscription details. The user will click on a Marketo email and be taken to our Marketo preference landing page. All fields pre-fill, tested a couple of emails, except for the newsletter boolean option fields. I've checked the form, and pre-fill is set up for both the form and individual fields.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
