I'm looking to provide functionality for prospects and customers to directly schedule demos and call times with our sales reps.  What are some of the best tools that offer this product, preferably with Salesforce and/or Marketo integration?

.meetme.so seems to work for some folks. Not sure if it integrates. Check launchpoint.marketo.com

Hi Casey,

There are several free tools that allow people to schedule open times in your calendar. You would include a link in an email/LP and when the person clicks it, they will be able to book time with you based on your availability in real-time. Check out Calendly.com and Doodle.     I'm a big fan of TimeTrade, which is smart enough to honor not only a sales rep's Salesforce calendar, but also their iCal, Google Calendar, Outlook and what have you.

    It also integrates with Marketo—I believe Marketo themselves use the platform.

      Hey All,

      Thought I'd chime in since I'm dealing with the same issues. I've tried to integrate with TimeTrade but have hit some bumps along the ways. Here's my findings.

      • Workgroup Plus Edition ($299/user seat per year) is required to do the integrations (We only have the regular Workgroup Edition)
      • TimeTrade only integrates with forms 1.0 (which to my knowledge is no longer available when creating new forms)
      • The documentation is 5 yrs old and isn't really helpful at all.

      So if anyone hears of other viable integrations to book meetings, please speak up as I've been looking for one for a few months now.

        Hi Kylie,

        What did you choose to go with? I am on the hunt at the moment for appointment tool that works with Marketo. I found LaunchPoint only had Box-Pilot.
