Bonus Structure for Marketing

This is the first time our company is creating a bonus structure for Marketing and we are researching different models. Based on what KPIs is the bonus variable structured in your organization? Is it the number of MQLs, contribution to revenue or something else?

You could ask the marketo team. Usually I've seen MQLs, SQLs, or a % of revenue influenced/contributed. The best measure is revenue because it will force you to increase lead quality, but it's also very hard. So if you don't have your funnel running smoothly yet, I'd stick with SQLs.
