Block Updates from Launchpoint service
We have an issue with one specific LaunchPoint partner that is overwriting the state field everytime it updates a lead. We use the two character state codes but they use the full state name.
I have written a trigger campaign to manage standardization of this field and it works great. However, because of this one partner, the field is being updated to the full state name, then the campaign changes it, then the partner updates it, then the campaign changes it, and on and on every time the integration with the partner updates the lead.
Is there anyway to block updates to this field from a specific Launchpoint partner or all LaunchPoint services if necessary?
