Block Leads from an Entire Program

I'm trying to figure out how to block a particular "track" of leads from an entire program without having to add filters to every single email campaign in that program.

Part of the issue may be that we don't necessarily use programs and program statuses the traditional way. Trigger campaigns simply live within the program but don't really change the status much.

Is there a safe and easy way to block leads with a certain field value from every single campaign that lives within a certain program?

Who are these leads? You cannot block leads for an entire program, but you can add a filter exclusion to each smart campaign. Just create a smart list and then say NOT IN for each campaign.

That's the issue. When we create a new field to designate a specific track, that would mean adding a filter to every single campaign in the original track to block them. That's just such a tedious process, I thought there'd be an easier way.

Say, for instance, you do a one-time offer of a longer trial. You create a new field to flag leads coming in from that offer. Do you really then have to go into every original campaign individually to add a filter that they're not an extended trial?
