Blind Form in LP Footer

Hey,

We are trying to implement blind form in Landing Page footer which will have 4 options to click, based on which subscription will happen.

Can you advise if creating Smart Campaign, that will trigger based on type of Thank you pages with query string value would work here?
i.e.

Contact clicks option 1 in footer which will be link to TY page i.e. tyexamplepage.com?sub=1

Then Smart Campaign will pick up link with query string sub=1 and subscribe to email group.

Can you advise if this is correct approach or anything else that can simplify the process?
