Blank page when placing the Forms 2.0 embed code on a page

We haven't had any luck finding a solution to the inability to load the follow-up page in the entire window when using Forms 2.0 with iframes on our site (see thread here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000PlLWAA0).  So I decided to try the form embed approach.  When I placed the embed code on the page (within the <body> tags), nothing displays when I test it locally on my computer (in Dreamweaver).  Does it need to run from a web server for it to work properly?  All the documentation said was to "add it to your site".

What browser are you testing it in? I know Google Chrome doesn't let you run JS on local files (jamisondance.com/post/12857366951/running-local-javascript-files-in-chrome/)

This might be beyond you and me...have you taken this to support? Please post the answer when you do...

I'm having the same difficulty on every browser. I generally use FF Dev Edition and Chrome, but I checked it on Safari and vanilla FF too.
