Blank Leads from Contact Form

Marketo community,

We have been getting blank leads (no email, no name) from the contact form on the website. Does anyone know why this is happening? We tested it in house and it is working fine. Just wondering how can someone fill out a form without all of the necessary fields or more importantly, we get an email saying someone wants information but has no email or no name. Thanks!
